All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.

We currently ship to:

  • Selected international destinations (availability may vary)

If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified and your order will be canceled with a full refund.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (if available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Gizmo Hubz LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
Gizmo Hubz LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
