Refunds & Returns
At Gizmo Hubz LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- If approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing gizmohubz4u@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

If you have not received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider
